Teach24 required a new website to promote their educational recruitment business and generate leads. Part of the brief was that they needed to list job vacancies and allow prospective candidates to apply. They also needed the website to function as a brochure for their business to promote their services to candidates and schools and provide important information to interested parties.
A powerful searching system was employed to ensure that prospective candidates could easily find all of the positions that they may be interested in. To fulfil this requirement, a faceted searching system was used, this allowed users to filter down results and create their own lists based on their requirements.
Job applications were handled by a simple form via which candidates could express their interest and submit their CV. Upon submission of this form Teach24 would be notified so that they could follow up on the lead. Given the sensitive nature of the information submitted through this form it was important that this data was secured, allowing access only to the relevant people.
Using Drupal as a content management system the website was built to allow Teach24 to add new pages, customised enquiry forms and upload files for users to download.
With the ever increasing use of smart phone and tablets for browsing, it was important that the website was responsive and could be viewed flawlessly on such devices. The website was built to this specification, designs were delivered for some of the key mobile elements and the website was optimised to display correctly on all devices.
The resulting product that was delivered to Teach24 is a clean and modern website which works great across a variety of devices. Teach24 are able to easily upload all of their vacancies to the website and are now generating leads based on these advertisements. Using the job search, candidates are able to quickly find relevant positions and apply for them with ease.
