BCM’s existing IT manager was soon to leave the company, leaving them without support for the IT system they heavily rely on.
BCM called us in and a full survey and handover was completed with their outgoing IT manager, allowing us to take full responsibility for BCM’s IT support requirements going forward. We were able to assist users remotely and on-site with any issues, and also identify systems that were at risk of failing and preemptively replace them, through our remote server checkup service.
BCM were also one of the first clients who enrolled with our prepaid maintenance service, which afforded them the all-important 4 hour response time on all IT issues they brought to our attention.
BCM have not suffered work-stopping downtime, and we have met their 4 hour response time 90% of the time. In addition to day-to-day IT support, we have completed a multitude of projects over the past two years to ensure their use of IT is optimal, most notably including decommissioning two on-site servers and migrating services onto a single server, tightening up email security by rolling out Google’s 2 Step Authentication system and migrating their calendar services from Google Apps to their local server.
