Mail Exchange Service (MX Service)

We deploy mail servers in many different circumstances. Any one solution cannot be predetermined as correct for a given company without a good look at all the circumstances. We have deployed in-house mail servers in 100+ seat offices, to home offices for two people on a wide assortment of broadband providers. In circumstances where imap accounts are nearing 10GB an in-house mail server is the only solution that is acceptable.

One cannot effectively re-cache 10GB of mail across the internet for each user in an office. If there is something we know about, it’s deploying a private mail server that continues to hold a strong bill of health and integrity.

For all our clients with in-house mail servers we deploy two front end servers, one in the US and one in the UK, that collect mail on your behalf meaning people sending to you will never receive a bounce should you have a power cut in your building or any other such event. If you're onsite mail server is unreachable for whatever reason our Mail Exchange Service will automatically and repeatedly attempt to deliver all your mail to you for up to 5 days.

Our Mail Exchange Service is not an anti-spam service, but we do:

• Check to make sure the system/server sending the email is matching who they say they are.
• Check to make sure the "from" mail address is valid.
• Check to make sure the email headers are properly formatted.

We will provide you with two backup mail servers for you to use. Guaranteeing you top end security.

• 1 Domain - £300 per year
• 10 Domains - £800 per year
• 100 Domains - £1800 per year
