Do you look after PCs?
Yes...we have a trusted partner in the local area who carries out our PC maintenance for us.
Do you charge a yearly maintenance or retainer fee?
No. We firmly believe that we should only be charging you for the time we spend actually doing work for you.
Do you take on maintenance work for infrastructure that you haven't installed?
Yes... We will assess your systems thoroughly and advise you on our potential level of involvement.
Do you do design work?
Yes, we can provide logo design, email templates, interface design, web design and more. Because of the large amount of web design we take on we are constantly being asked to pilot the branding of our clients' businesses. Please get in touch for more information.
Do you look after machines that are out of warranty?
Yes. Our engineers are Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians and take pleasure in reviving older Macs.
Do you sell equipment?
We're always happy to source equipment for you or to direct you to the cheapest supplier.
What areas do we cover?
We will travel anywhere as long as it is cost affective to you. Most issues can be resolved remotely. If the task is to deploy a new system, we have in the passed travelled abroad.
Do you repair in warranty machines?
No. The best company to repair your in warranty Mac is Apple. We do however assist in making sure you're able to continue working while your machine is being repaired. Please call us if you require any advice.
