If you have a Mac hardware failure that is not covered by your warranty or protection plan, you can receive advice about a repair by contacting us directly on 01273 358100 (Mon-Fri). To make things as easy as possible, we operate on a fixed-fee basis for labour costs. Parts are charged extra.

Computer Health-Check or Service

Depending on your circumstances and computer usage, servicing is recommended on a 6 to 12 monthly basis. It may help to avoid costly computer repairs or data loss by detecting failing components, it also improves efficiency and performance & helps keep the computer running cleanly, quietly and within recommended temperature ranges.
